Feature Update: Introducing the New "Unpublished" Status for Your Vault

As a busy creator, managing a massive library of photos and videos can get overwhelming. We’ve heard your feedback: keeping track of which uploaded items you’ve already shared with your fans and which ones are still waiting to be utilized hasn't always been easy.

To take the guesswork out of content management, we are thrilled to introduce the new "Unpublished" status!

Now, any Vault item that has been uploaded but has not yet been used in a publication will automatically be marked with this new status.

This update significantly improves your Vault navigation and streamlines your content strategy by allowing you to:

• Easily Filter Your Content: Finding fresh material for your fans is now just a click away. "Unpublished" is now a distinct option within your status dropdown menu, allowing you to instantly isolate and view all the content that is locked, loaded, and available to post.

  
  

• Understand Review Timelines: No more wondering where your content is in the review process. Content marked as Unpublished is securely stored in your Vault and will not enter the moderation queue. It will only be submitted for moderation review once you actively use it in a publication, such as a feed post, mass message, or a clip upload.

  
  

• Streamline Batch Uploading: You can now upload dozens of photos and videos at once just for storage purposes. They will sit safely in your Unpublished folder until you are ready to build a post, making content planning and scheduling easier than ever.
